I don’t know if you have been feeling how I have lately but I am ready for spring to arrive! I’m finding the days go by so quickly in the winter and I feel all cooped up by the early evening. I’m sick of the cold and the darkness! Thankfully these past few weeks have shown us more light growing into the evening. We no longer have complete darkness at 4:30pm! With every passing day, the light sticks around just a little bit longer, which means I have more time to play with the natural light!

Today was an especially beautiful day, the sun shone for quite a few hours as I was visiting my mom at her home. She has this fabulous natural light that was shining through her window onto her gorgeous white bedding, so naturally I HAD to take some shots I have been itching to capture! I have been inspired a lot lately by photographs with white backgrounds and pops of colours. I love to dress Olivia in pastels and bright colours to break the dreary days up with some sunshine. She looked especially adorable today, so I took quite a few photos of Olivia on my mother’s beautiful bedding….
